Bodywork sessions with JanMarie are 50-60 minutes.                  
During the session, as you relax and become present to your own unique experience, areas of muscle tension are contacted.  I will offer verbal reflections of my observations.  These reflections often promote expression of your own observations, allowing you to deepen your sense of Self in present time.  Our sessions are collaborative as your personal experience and integrity are honored.  Sessions build on one another over time as you continue to build resilience and Trust in your own restorative process.
